Reservations: Confirmation, pick up locations and times will be given verbally at time of booking. To secure your seat, your payment for the trip(s) is due in our office within 7 days to guarantee your seat(s), unless otherwise noted. When sending in your payment by mail, be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and date of the trip.

Cancellations/No-Shows/Changes

All Sales are final and Non-refundable you may send a substitute or we will try to replace you from a stand-by list. We do not guarantee a replacement. However, we will make every attempt to resell your seats if possible. If we are able to resell your seats, you will receive a refund.

Convenience:

We only have two pick up locations, it makes traveling directly to our destination short and sweet! All coaches are air-conditioned, lavatory, VCR, radio and cassette player and are personally escorted by Judy & Rocco.
